Description:
The Film Acting module provides learners with the essential skills, techniques, and knowledge required to perform effectively in front of the camera. Unlike stage acting, film acting demands a nuanced approach, where subtle facial expressions, controlled movements, and emotional depth play a crucial role in conveying a character’s story. This module explores acting methodologies, character development, script analysis, and on-camera performance techniques. Students will learn how to use body language, vocal modulation, and eye contact to create compelling and authentic screen performances. The course also covers audition techniques, working with directors, and adapting to different filming environments.
