It covers key operational areas such as budgeting, logistics, venue selection, staffing, health and safety, marketing, and risk management. Students gain practical skills in managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Emphasis is placed on strategic planning, resource allocation, and post-event analysis to improve future performance. This course equips learners with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully manage events from concept to completion in both physical and digital environments.
