Brief description of the module: 

This module introduces students to the knowledge,skills and attitude of  Front office operations and services. They will also be introduced to the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude required for carrying out check-in and check-out procedures throughout the guest cycle. Furthermore, the students will be taught how to receive, handle, take bookings,carry out inter-department communications and use computers at the front office.
